We have our winners!! The second and third graders have won the Quacking for Books Reading Challenge!! They ended the competition with 693 chain links!! 4/5 came in second place with 579 chain links, K/1 had 335, 6-8 had 137 and the high school ended with 22 chain links!!

The winning class will dump buckets of cold water on Ms Pate on Monday, May 18th. (Tune into facebook live for the show! We will post the official time by May 15th. The K-5 kids read an incredible amount of books all together, and our chain goes from the front doors ALL THE WAY DOWN the main school hallway almost to the middle doors! Now that is some impressive reading!! Since the chain went far beyond our goal, all of the kids in grades K-5 as well as the junior high and high school kids who participated will get a pizza and ice cream party on Monday, May 18th!! Keep up the great reading at home kids!
