Public Health Nurse, Claire, RN will be available to offer vision/hearing screenings for Yakutat students between Wednesday, March 12th through Friday, March 14th. If you would like your student to be screened please fill out the Registration Form and return it to the school office. If you need another paper copy of this form please request it from the office.
