Secondary students shared lots of laughter with games and a white elephant gift exchange today. How fun to spend time having fun together!
Junior High students had a wonderful time eating lunch with the Elders at the Senior Center today! They served them lunch and the cookies they had made for them. Then sat down and ate with them. Everyone had a good time! Thank you Tiffany and Mayen for inviting us and feeding us so well!

This is the LAST WEEK of the Reading Challenge! We hope you have been enjoying your family reading time! Reading logs for Yakutat Head Start are due this Friday, Dec 12th! All other logs are due on Monday, Dec 15th!

Our student-athletes made an outstanding showing at the Icebreakers Tournament in Juneau!
✨ The Girls Jr. High team clinched 1st place in their bracket and completed an undefeated season at 11–0!
✨ The Boys Jr. High team also brought home 1st place in the Silver Bracket, making our school community incredibly proud.
We’re also celebrating some well-earned individual honors:
🏅 Ellaina Johnson and pick-up player Shea Jackson (from Wasilla) each earned Team MVP awards.
🏅 George Converse, Talia Johnson, and Brookie Jensen were named to the All-Tournament Team for their exceptional performances.
A big shout-out to Coaches Rose Fraker and Shea Jackson for their leadership, dedication, and support.
